Working with businesses to address bias, develop equity policies, and build diversity & inclusion.

There are five main steps to take

when assessing a company's unconscious bias training needs.

1. Awareness and Acknowledgment of bias at personal and corporate level. Because you cannot address what has not been acknowledged, it is important to take that first step of building awareness of how bias plays out in the workplace. Awareness-building can be achieved via an in-person or virtual Boardroom Roundtable or Townhall Meeting

2. Exploration and Education of company-specific biases. This is where conducting a Bias Audit followed up by Bias Training Workshops is essential. In a Bias Audit, we look at communication - internal and external, documentation, processes and structures for ways in which hidden bias can be undermining company brand and values.

3. Identification and Ownership of company-specific biases - small-group Workshops examine the ways in which bias impacts change management, communication, workplace culture, and conflict.

4. Strategy and Implementation to address workplace culture bias - Executive Team and Management Meetings work together to incrementally make the adjustments necessary to bring the desired cultural change.

5. Assessment and Adjustment, developed in collaboration with key leaders across departments on an ongoing consultative basis.
