The most courageous conversation is the one we have with ourselves.
Bron is undertaking doctoral studies at Charles Sturt University, focusing on the relationship between bias and shame. Her thesis is due for submission in 2027!
Since 2016, Bron has worked consistently to bring insight into the impact narratives, backstories and biases have on relationships and how people make decisions.
Bron has had leadership roles in the fields of education and non-profit, as a school principal and in her work with The Salvation Army - including working with asylum seekers on Nauru.
